ZendyHealth FAQ's

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SUBMIT AN OFFER?
Nada, Zip, Zilch, Nothing. If your offer is matched to one of our Certified Providers, we simply secure your appointment and discount rate. In some cases, we will need to secure your discount rate and appointment with a nominal payment (a portion of your total offer or bid). You will then pay the remainder of the matched offer to your Provider at the time of your service.
HOW DOES ZENDYHEALTH WORK?
It’s quite simple. Every now and then, providers may have available appointment slots. Rather than leaving these slots unfilled, providers would rather accept a lower than retail offer for their services. You get an amazing deal on a procedure while providers have the opportunity to fill up their schedule. Everyone wins!
DOES ZENDYHEALTH WORK WITH MY FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT/HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (FSA/HSA)?
Yes, procedures obtained via ZENDYHEALTH in our Dental and Healthcare sections may be eligible for coverage by your FSA/HSA plan, if the service you request is covered by your plan. Please contact your FSA/HSA Plan Administrator to determine the specifics of your situation.
Don’t currently have an FSA/HSA? Learn more about the benefits of pre-tax saving available at Select Account.
HOW DO I FIND OUT WHETHER MY OFFER WAS MATCHED TO A CERTIFIED PROVIDER?
Once we get your offer details, we notify our member providers of your criteria. In some cases, you may match within a few minutes or we may take a few hours to find a match. We will send you an email as soon as a match occurs with appointment details (Provider name, location, appointment date and time). If your offer is not matched to a Provider, we will let you know within 2 business days. You can submit another offer at any time.
WHY CAN’T I SEE THE PROVIDER NAME UNTIL MY OFFER IS MATCHED?
Anonymity is the secret to matching high quality Certified Providers with amazingly low, otherwise unavailable, limited time pricing. With a matched offer through ZendyHealth, you can rest assured you paid far less than the majority of customers paying retail pricing.
You can browse the Providers section to see the type and quality of top Providers near you – they represent some of the potential providers with whom you might match.
WHY CAN’T I PICK THE SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME ON THE DAY OR WEEK I WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A PROCEDURE?
Providers can give you amazing discounts if you can be a little flexible. Your offer can specify a particular day or you can save even more if you can add a week of flexibility around your preferred date when you submit your final offer form. You can also let us know your preference of morning or afternoon for the days you have selected in the Preferences box but the provider will select the final appointment time so you get the best savings.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY MATCHED APPOINTMENT?
Providers understand that your availability may change. Give the provider a call, and they can work with you. Keep in mind that your offer was accepted to help fill their schedule so if you do need to move the appointment to a busier time, you may need to pay the provider a rescheduling fee. Note that some Providers may have last minute cancel / rescheduling policies.
WHAT IF THE PROVIDER RECOMMENDS A DIFFERENT PROCEDURE OR DECIDES I AM NOT A CANDIDATE FOR ANY PROCEDURE?
In some cases, you and the provider may decide on a different treatment or procedure. The provider will discuss these options and work with you on any price differences. In the rare case a provider does not recommend any procedure for you, we will work with your provider and get you a refund as soon as possible.
WHY IS THE DRIVING DISTANCE TO MY MATCHED PROVIDER DIFFERENT THAN THE RADIUS I SELECTED?
You are able to select a radius surrounding your zip code which represents an approximate distance from your desired zip code epicenter - by expanding your search radius, you increase your chances to find a provider willing to accept your offer (as there will be more providers in a larger radius). If you select a 20-mile radius, this does not necessarily mean that your driving distance will be less than or equal to 20 miles. Driving distance is a function of roads, mountains, and other natural physical impediments that might be present and the mileage may be higher than your selected radius.
IF I MADE A RESERVATION DEPOSIT, CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER MY OFFER IS MATCHED TO A PROVIDER?
Yes. You can cancel your matched offer within 24 hours from the time we matched you to a provider and receive a full refund of the amount you were charged by ZendyHealth (if you were charged at all). After 24 hours, you can still cancel your matched appointment for a nominal $10 administrative fee (if you had, in fact, been charged a marketplace fee to secure your discount and appointment).
I MATCHED TO A SERIES OF TREATMENTS, BUT I ONLY SEE THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT. WHAT ABOUT THE REMAINING APPOINTMENTS?
ZendyHealth will send you information about your first appointment. Follow up appointments are made directly with the provider with whom you matched.
HOW DOES ZENDYHEALTH VERIFY A PROVIDER’S CREDENTIALS?
Our Medical Advisory Board, a group of doctors with over 50 years of experience and recognized leaders in their fields, screens for top class, highly rated, Certified Providers and selectively adds them to the Zendy Provider Network. We have a systematic review process based upon a variety of factors to help ensure that our group of Certified Providers provide excellent service and results.
Who will provide treatment if I match to a Provider?
Some procedures are performed by the doctor or dentist. However, there are several standardized services listed on ZendyHealth that are routinely performed by nurses, physician assistants, or other healthcare assistants (ie., laser hair removal, tattoo removal, microdermabrasion, teeth cleaning, etc.). These services are not typically performed by the doctor but rather by an assistant. It is standard for doctors or dentists to delegate procedures as such to their assistants who are under supervision by the Medical or Dental Director.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes. We use 256bit SSL encryption to secure your information. In addition, we use Stripe to process your credit card information, which means ZendyHealth does not store any of your sensitive information. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 , the most stringent level of certification, which requires annual and quarterly security assessments by MasterCard and VISA.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I NEED OR WANT AND HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ON PROCEDURES NOT LISTED?
No problem. While we have a lot of useful information about our procedures (see Menu), we understand that many customers will have questions about what they need and many customers may be looking for other procedures not listed within our services.
