PROVIDER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DOES ZENDYHEALTH HAVE A MEMBERSHIP FEE OR SIGN UP FEE?
No. ZendyHealth does not have any direct costs, or membership fees. It’s free to sign up, and it’s free to become a member Provider. ZendyHealth is creating a marketplace for customers to connect with Providers. If you do not accept any offers, no problem — there are no obligations. 
WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER BECOMING A ZENDYHEALTH PROVIDER?
Unlike most marketing companies, we bring you customers at $0 cost of acquisition. Our marketing and advertising efforts are complementary to yours – we will help grow your practice with customers who might not otherwise find you. Acquire more patients and fill up holes in yours and your ancillary staff’s schedules when needed without having to minimize your brand and retail pricing power (which will likely occur if you publicly advertise discounted prices).
WHAT IF A CUSTOMER IS NOT A CANDIDATE FOR A MATCHED PROCEDURE?
We understand a customer may not be a candidate for the matched procedure, and we also trust our member Provider’s judgment. Simply contact us with the customer’s name, the matched offer ID, and the reason(s) why the person is not eligible.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT?
If you have to reschedule an appointment, please contact the customer as soon as possible.
WHAT IF A CUSTOMER RESCHEDULES AN APPOINTMENT?
While everybody runs into unforeseen scheduling changes, we have found that ZendyHealth customers tend to stick to Provider schedules. However, we understand that you may need to charge the customer a rescheduling fee (at your discretion).
WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO AN UPGRADED PROCEDURE OR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROCEDURE (NONSURGICAL OR SURGICAL)?
Excellent! Our Medical Team understands that you must use your best medical judgment to provide the best possible solutions for each customer lead that we present to you. Please let us know if the customer has agreed to an upgraded or different procedure.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS SUBMITTED AN OFFER THAT I MAY WANT TO ACCEPT?
ZendyHealth will send only relevant offers to your center. We encourage you to keep your profile up to date with the procedures your center offers so we do not send you offers for services you may not provide.
WILL I RECEIVE UNACCEPTABLY LOW OFFERS?
While pricing norms do vary, ZendyHealth technology filters out most unacceptably low offers. These filters were developed based on the insights from our expert team of medical advisers and provider feedback. Additionally, you have complete control to accept offers that seem reasonable to you without having to reveal your facility’s name until you accept and match to a customer’s offer.
