A ZenScore is an attempt by us here at ZendyHealth to quantify the quality of the providers we have on our platform and how they compare to each other. We only let exceptional providers onto our platform so we wanted to give you the patient a chance to see how we select them. We’ve created a list of criteria below on how we rate each provider. Please note that we do not allow providers whose ZenScore has dropped below 80 to receive offers on our platform.
This is a partial list of criteria we look at before assigning a score:
Accreditation
Response time
Education
Awards
Experience

A weighted average of all online reviews. Calculated by multiplying 5-star rating by 4 to get ZenScore Online Reputation point total.
Example:
Aggregate Weighted Web Reviews - 4.6 stars - 34 Reviews
Google - 4.6 stars - 10 Reviews
Facebook - 4.9 stars - 16 Reviews
Yelp - 3.8 stars - 5 Reviews
Healthgrades - 4 stars - 3 Reviews
No negative reviews will give a provider full points. Reviews can deduct points and will be aggregated on a 5-star scale and then multiplied by 6 to get total ZenScore points.
